Twist on Resist Oodles of Doodles

Here's a card with my new stamp designs using my Twist on Resist Technique from an earlier post (see list of labels on the side bar).
I cut a piece of parchment paper to fit a tall card and used the resist technique with the larger of the single flowers. I sponged on Scattered Straw, Worn Lipstick and Vintage Photo Distress inks and used Belle Rose, Cognac and Raw Sienna Palette inks for the twist.
I stamped Hobby Art's Shakespeare Sonnet on white card in Cognac ink and then sponged the card with Scattered Straw ink and inked the edges with Cognac ink.
I stamped the Oodles of Doodles butterfly in pigment ink and embossed it with Antique Gold powder. I then sponged it with a little Palette L'Amour Red ink and cut it out. I rubbed the reverse of the wings gently with a large embossing ball tool to round them.

I assembled the card as shown in the photo.
