Stampers Chef: In An English Country Garden At Polka Doodles

Good morning everyone, the weekend is nearly here thank goodness and, being Friday, we have a new challenge for you over at Polka Doodles. Emma is our hostess this week and she's chosen a really lovely theme - In An English Country Garden. A really good one as there are so many things in a garden and I decided on butterflies as we get quite a lot in ours.

It's quite a quick card from me this week as I'm still suffering from my sinus troubles brought on by last week's cold.
I've used some pretty papers and the lovely garden element from the Sundae Of Seasons CD. I've then added some lovely stamped butterflies (Hobby Art) stamped with brown ink and coloured with Aquamarkers for a watercoloured look. I finished off with a central border of cream crochet lace, a glittery punched strip and some pearls then a stamped sentiment from the Sensational Sentiments stamp set. Really easy!
