Today's post is all about Fashionable Stamping Challenges as we've had a bit of a change around and we have a fab new sponsor, the lovely Leo of Flonzcraft. The theme for this fortnight is Swirls and I'm continuing with my nature inspiration and have created a canvas.
I painted my canvas with spring green acrylic paint and then applied olive green paint through a stencil to make the swirly pattern.
I stamped the butterflies and daisies (both B Line Designs) with Memories Artprint Brown and coloured then with watercolour pencils. I then added touches of Distress inks (Squeezed Lemonade, Mustard Seed and Spiced Marmalade) to make the images pop.
I finished off with a sentiment stamp (Artistic Outpost) stamped with the brown ink, die cut with a Papermania die and inked with the lemon Distress ink.
