Polka Doodles Challenge - Anything But A Card

Good morning everyone from a very sunny Sussex. It's a glorious day today and as it's Friday, let's hope it continues over the weekend.

Being Friday it's time for a new challenge over at Polka Doodles and this week it's my turn to set the theme so I chose Anything But A Card. That really does mean anything so if you have a project that fits please do take the time to enter. The DT have come up with some fabulous inspiration with a wide variety of projects so do pop over for a look.
We also have a special celebration next week with a blog hop and loads of lovely candy on offer so if you're not yet a follower of the challenge, maybe now would be a good time for as the saying goes - you have to be in it to win it!

For my creation I decided to make a little set of pictures for display using a very clever set of printable box photo frames that I found in Tescos. They're actually meant for printing out photos but they're really handy for printing out decorated papers too as you will see.

I've had to show them separately as my pics of all 3 together were rubbish but I'm sure you get the idea.
I printed some of the papers from the Sundae Of Seasons CD directly on to the frame sheets and then made them up into the box shapes which end up 6 x 4, a standard photo size.
All I did then was to add embellishments as you see, using butterflies and leaves from the same CD and text and flowers (which I layered up loads) from the A Double Sprinkle Of Kraft CD.
Easy peasy!

You have until 12 noon on Sunday 29 May to enter and good luck!

Challenges for my creation:

A Spoonfull of Sugar - Anything Goes
Paper Romance - Anything But A Card
Papertake Weekly - Something Floral
Truly Scrumptious - Anything Goes

Thanks for looking,
Fliss xx
